What sets us apart is our fact-led, practical approach
Our team combines operational research and industrial engineering principles – hence the ‘o and ‘i’ in our name – an eye for granular detail and deep operations experience and know-how. This formula enables us to deliver solutions that are both analytically robust and operationally sound. The output of our work enables clients to improve operational performance and service; reduce costs; integrate change effectively; and design future-ready, efficient new operations and infrastructure.
Background
Founded in 2009, o&i consulting has a strong track record in delivering operations solutions to the global aviation and distribution sectors. Our core team brings decades of experience across operational, senior management, commercial and consulting roles in these industries – giving us a deep, practical understanding of the issues our clients face.
While aviation and logistics remain central to our work, we are increasingly being approached from outside of our main sectors due to the unique nature of our skill set. Likewise, existing clients and contacts regularly ask us to conduct bespoke projects and studies, confident in our detailed approach and ability to translate our findings into actionable outcomes for their business.
