An o&i consultant supported Sydney International Airport in the lead up to and during the 2000 Olympic Games. He worked with the airport’s security and operations teams to develop and implement a range of solutions to plan facility capacity and optimise productivity at all main production areas in order to prepare the airport for increases in passenger, baggage and cargo demand. He was also involved in developing, negotiating and implementing strategies to resolve key issues between the airport and airline customers during this period.
