The Olympic Games pose a major logistics, security and infrastructural challenge. o&i consulting provides transportation and logistics advice to organisations responsible for and contributing to the delivery of infrastructure and services in preparation for and during the delivery of an incident free Olympic Games.
In Sydney one of our consultants worked for the airport in developing and delivering arrivals and departure service. In Athens members of our team worked with a number of parties to plan and develop operations to be able to handle the high peaks of demand created by the general public and the broader Olympic Family. These parties included the airport, the village management team, ATHOC logistics, Greek Police and security services and NOCs (National Olympic Committees) and their supporting logistics and security teams.
