    3D Design:

Google SketchUp: Advanced skills in the use and application of Google SketchUp Modelling Software.

Visualisation: Ability to create 3D artistic drawings of new and existing facilities from designs, detailed drawings or photo’s.

Experience in modelling a range of building uses including industrial, transport, office and housing.

Since joining our team, Pete has supported a number of projects with his 3D modelling skills. These projects include the design of major cargo facility in the Gulf and the introduction of IATA Fast Travel initiatives at a BAA terminal.

Property Management:

Pete has a degree in BSc Property Marketing, Design and Development combined with some industry experience at PRUPIM, the real-estate investment/development arm of Prudential plc. His credentials include:

Wide knowledge base covering property development, urban design and regeneration, planning, valuation, real-estate markets, property management, marketing, law and construction encompassing key areas:

-         Development of proposals for new properties which meet the requirements of the client, Local Authority and the occupants whilst adhering to national and local legislation and the site’s location.

-         Understanding of the role and impact of the planning system and the proposed Government changes.

-         Development and investment appraisal for optimum outcomes.

-     Built Environment Foundation Diploma, Oxford Brookes University

-     BSc (Hons) Property Marketing, Design and Development (First Class), University of Portsmouth
