Operations planning and process optimisation, and development of the off-airport processing concept for Athens Airport prior to and during the 2004 Olympic Games.

- Cargo operations performance improvement, British Airways World Cargo
Increased productivity and service improvements during a period of interim management of the LHR, LGW and US East coast cargo operations and hub facilities.
Significantly increased production performance and airline punctuality by improving air freight processes and job preparation.
- Collection and delivery operations improvement, DPD
Led a project to optimise inside depot, tour plans and on-road use of driver work time at a depot in Southern Germany. Savings of more than 10% were achieved from implementation.

Reviewed and analysed the existing freight strategy for Sydney Airport and applied freight expertise and knowledge of Sydney Airport to develop an updated freight strategy for the airport.
- Industrial engineering manager & operations manager, UPS
During four years at United Parcel Service he held a number of senior positions including European region logistics industrial engineering manager and manager of various large hub and delivery operations.
- Deputy general manager, Australian Airlines Cargo
Responsible for the marketing, sales, customer service and line operations of the cargo and express package division, with a team of over 400 people.
