-     Successfully led the Lynx and UPS operations through the difficult post acquisition period by providing leadership, communication, direction and stability, establishing a strong corporate culture in the newly acquired business.

-     Delivered 18% improvement in operational efficiency through increased accountability, communication and ownership.
