Selected Personal Experience:
- Freight forecast, Sydney International Airport
Conducted a 20 year freight forecast to support Sydney Airport’s master planning requirements. This included a study and analysis of the freight market, freight capacity and demand, and the projected impact of demand on ground handling.
- Roster efficiency, Exeter Airport
Delivered improved roster patterns and production efficiencies for the airport’s ground operation. Provided the client with roster patterns that more effectively matched workload demand and staffing resources, and identified opportunities for cross utilisation of staff across departments.
- Check-in capacity increase, Melbourne Airport
Developed and demonstrated solutions to increase peak check-in capacity for Melbourne Airport. This included introducing demand-driven check-in desk allocation; improving queue structures; and recommending actions to improve check-in transaction performance.
- ULD allocation model, IATA
Analysed ULD movements and availability across airline networks and developed a model to optimise ULD requirement.
- Business systems improvement coordinator, Sydney Airport Corporation
During a six-year employment period at Sydney Airport, Chad applied his analytical, I.T., planning and his airport operations expertise to support the airport company in operations design and improvement.
